Order Shipping/Processing Times

At Moss and Ivy our orders are processed within 2-5 business days, plus postage time. We try to pack your orders as fast as we can, but must account for store traffic. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Please Note: due to the covid-19 pandemic shipping times have increased in some cases dramatically, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Candles can be quite heavy, and as such, our shipping costs can range from $10-$30, depending on the size of your purchase. This includes tracking through Australia Post.

Moss and Ivy is NOT responsible for delays in shipping. Once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Please allow extra time during holiday season and around public holidays.
