Our heat packs are made with 100% cotton and filled with Australian-grown lupins. They are designed to retain heat longer, have little to no odour and they don't sweat, making them the perfect option for keeping you warm and relieving aches and cramps.

How to Use:
Place heat pack in the microwave for 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached (approximately 60-90 seconds). Shake/flip between each round to evenly disperse the heat.
DO NOT OVERHEAT! This can cause burns when placed on the skin and potentially damage the pack.
